A Los Altos native, born and raised, Nicole brings an insider’s understanding of the Bay Area lifestyle and market dynamics, paired with a highly strategic, business-driven approach to real estate.
Nicole is known for uncovering off-market opportunities and helping clients identify architectural upside, renovation and development potential, and long-term investment strategy. Her advisory work extends beyond the transaction and includes guiding clients on how to position, improve, and ultimately transform properties into exceptional homes with strong trade value and return. Before real estate, Nicole built a successful career in corporate communications and high-tech marketing, advising executive leadership teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. She also owned and operated two women’s clothing boutiques in downtown Los Altos. These experiences strengthened her entrepreneurial mindset, sharpened her brand and positioning instincts, and deepened her long-standing community roots.
Nicole holds an International MBA, with studies in London and Shanghai, and lived abroad in Buenos Aires. These experiences shaped her global perspective and cultural fluency and inform her ability to work seamlessly with both local and international clientele.
Outside of real estate, Nicole is a mother of four with deep roots in Northern California. She spends time in Sonoma County, Lake Tahoe, and the great outdoors and is actively engaged in the communities she serves. Rarely far from her beloved Goldendoodle, Nicole brings a hands-on, thoughtful approach and strong local connections to her work.
